Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website and engaging with Amparo Bañuls for coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or engage in coaching services.

Services Provided

Amparo Bañuls provides life coaching services designed to support personal growth, clarity, and goal achievement. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Participate actively and honestly in coaching sessions
• Complete agreed-upon actions between sessions
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Make timely payments as agreed

Coach Responsibilities

I commit to:

• Provide professional, ethical coaching services
• Maintain confidentiality (except where legally required)
• Show up prepared and on time for sessions
• Support you in achieving your stated goals

Scheduling and Cancellations

• Cancellation Policy: 24 hours' notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full
• No-Shows: Missed sessions without notice will be charged in full
• Coach Cancellations: If I need to cancel, you will receive a full refund or rescheduling option

Payment Terms

• Payment is due before or at the time of service
• Packages must be paid in full or according to agreed payment plan before sessions begin
• Late payments may result in suspension of services

Refund Policy

• Chemistry calls are free and require no payment
• Single sessions are non-refundable once completed
• Package refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and are at the coach's discretion

Confidentiality

All information shared in coaching sessions is confidential, except in cases where:

• Disclosure is required by law
• There is a risk of harm to yourself or others
• You provide written consent for information to be shared

Coaching is Not Therapy

Life coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or professional mental health care. If you are experiencing mental health issues, trauma, or crisis, please seek appropriate professional help. I may refer you to other professionals if coaching is not the appropriate service for your needs.

Limitation of Liability

While I am committed to supporting your growth, coaching outcomes depend significantly on your own efforts and circumstances. I cannot guarantee specific results. You agree that I am not liable for any decisions you make or actions you take as a result of coaching.

Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time. If you choose to end coaching, any unused prepaid sessions will be addressed according to the refund policy. I reserve the right to terminate the coaching relationship if the terms of this agreement are violated.

Modifications

I reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this website with an updated date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales (or your local jurisdiction).
